What we are looking for
We are looking to connect with founders who have developed an idea for a product or service and are looking to get theirbusiness off the ground, in particular we are seeking technology-based ideas with global scalability. In conventional terms we are focused on providing Pre-Seed Capital for businesses that fit into our investment criteria.
Investment process
1. Online application.
2. Internal review conducted by our Investment Committee.
3. Phone conversation with the founder(s).
4. Face-to-face meeting and pitch.
5. Voyager Ventures conducts due diligence on investment.
6. Negotiation around funding terms and conditions.
7. Ongoing support and guidance, including introductions to other investors.
How we can help
We primarily aim to assist founders through the provision of pre-seed / seed round funding. This funding can be used to develop a proof of concept / MVP, explore channels to market, file patents and many other important services.
In addition to have access to capital, Voyager Ventures will assist successful applicants by providing valuable advice on the best way to tackle problems and develop their idea, as well as access to a network of later stage investors, service providers and experts to help take the business to the next level.
Voyager Ventures’ network includes venture capital funds, high net worth individuals, family offices, boutique investment firms and business consultants specialising in early stage development. We also have access to discounted deals to many suppliers including co-working office space and software development companies.
